Business Brokers (BB) who already have strong investor networks within a Dream.ZONE may receive priority (preemptive) rights for developing opportunities within that region.

This recognises the relationships, market knowledge and investor trust that brokers build over time, and rewards them with first access to regional opportunities — supporting long-term, mutually beneficial collaboration.
